1.SITE QUALITY MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 10 years of Construction site experience and quality management with at least 5 years experience as a Quality Manager in major projects with exposure to the EPC industry.
• Strong experience in site quality control of materials and works.
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Polish language as a mother tongue.
• Experience in Civil aspects of QA /QC function with exposure to EPC onshore Projects for Oil & Gas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure compliance to quality norms on construction sites with respect to the civil, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical disciplines.
• Support Quality Control at vendors / suppliers during procurement activities.
• Management of Quality Control activities at construction site, ensuring assignment of construction site quality control team (civil, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical disciplines), QA/AC coordinators and discipline QC inspectors.
• Review construction site sub contractors, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and construction procedures including approval of these documents.
• When required develop construction site inspection test plans, method statements, procedures to support construction sub contractors.
• Ensure Site Quality records are maintained; perform construction site quality compliance audits, sub contractor quality assessments prior to selection and support the client's construction personnel with regard to quality issues through corporate discipline QC engineers.
• Interface with client's construction supervisors and QC personnel to deal with specific issues.
• Participate in vendor/supplier assessments as required and carry out quality system and compliance audits at vendors/suppliers premises.
• Provide feedback to the management with reasons on construction, subcontractors and vendors quality control performance.
• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as required by the Project manager.
2.ENGINEERING - PLANT LAYOUT AND PIPING (PIP) MODEL SPECIALIST (2 openings)

- Piping Classes and Piping Material Selection Specialization,
- Reviews the vendor drawings/documents for Piping components (pipes, fittings, valves, etc.); interfaces with Vendors.
- Reviews project specifications, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams, PID’s and supplier information,
- Performs manual/computer layouts using specifications, standard drawings, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams, line list and supplier information,
- Draws and updates material and stress sketches,
- Communicates and interfaces with other project design and engineering disciplines,
- Completes manual/computer drawings and isometrics. Checks, back checks and corrects manual/computer drawings and isometrics,
- Checks other department’s design drawings and supplier equipment drawings,
- Reports progress to the project piping supervisor,
- On assignment to the field supports construction in drawing and specification interpretations, design modifications, scheduling and system checkout and testing,
- Available to design in 3D PDS & PDMS Model and related software (Isogen, Drawing management, etc.),

- Provides support to others performing execution, commissioning and handover,
- Ensures project close out meets the required standards,

5.PIPING - SENIOR STRESS ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Determines the level and need for analysis of all lines on the project,
- Ensures communication flow, both verbal and written, is maintained within piping engineering and with other design, engineering and purchasing disciplines,
- Coordinates stress engineering activities with other design, engineering and purchasing disciplines,
- Submits all pipe stress engineering specifications and other project related documents to the Piping Discipline Coordinator for issue,
- Identifies deviations in job scope, estimates magnitude of changes and initiates deviation notices,
- Monitors and controls budget/schedule including labour hours, costs, deviation notices and progress,
- Represents stress engineering in meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and other disciplines and produces documentation required for conference or meeting notes,
- Submits analyzed stress sketches to piping design for implementation,
- Performs manual stress analysis for non critical lines,
